Product Review: Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Pure Mild Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 PA+++

Do you guys miss me?

I sure did miss you guys!
Don’t worry okay

I’m coming back with lots of reviews for you guys!

Today’s review will feature one of the most important things in the world for your skin
I’m not talking about water, food or sex

I’m talking about sunscreen!

We all heard what happens to our skin without sunscreen
If you don’t believe me you can watch this video right here

The product of the day is…

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Pure Mild Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 PA +++

Now keep saying that while you flip you hair non stop

God knows we did this sometime in our lives

Anyway

Its for external use only
Duh
I haven’t heard of anyone using sunscreen as lubricant
Please correct me if I’m wrong

It contains PureScreen and some other Mandarin words

It claims to have naturally sourced, non-chemical suncren ingredients
Hypoallergenic, oil-free, doesn’t clog pores, fragrance free, PABA free, water resistant and sweat resistant

Hmm
There’s a lot that they are claiming here
I wonder if it really works
Let’s find out

Apply liberally and evenly before sun exposure
Can be use for face and body

Ingredients include:

Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Beeswax and Dimethicone

This is how the tube looks like

IT HAS 80ml of PRODUCT!!!

Same things that are claiming from the box

Zoom in a bit for you guys to see

OOH!
Made in Korea!
I like!

This is how the nozzle looks like
You squeeze the sunscreen out from here
Simulating giving birth or a man having an orgasm

We all need a good orgasm sometime

This is how the sunscreen looks like
There is a peculiar smell to it
It sorta smells a bit metallic to be honest

The texture of the lotion is quite smooth
Mainly due to the dimethicone I bet
It spreads very easily and blends well into the skin

This is how it looks like after it has been absorbed into the skin
As you can see there is a definite white cast from the sunscreen
Do not take a picture when wearing this!

This is how the sunscreen when taken with flash

It is not flash friendly like many sunscreens

Verdict:
This is a good and affordable sunscreen mainly because of its size and price. Do not use if you are allergic to silicone products or physical sunscreens like Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide

That’s all for today

  1. I can’t wait to try the Neutrogena sunscreens! I might opt for the dry-touch one though as I am so sick of the post-sunscreen greasy face.
Not sure about the white cast from this particular version that you’re reviewing though. You are so fair and it shows up on you so I don’t fancy how it looks on darker skin.

  2. This is a great product for people who cannot wear chemical sunscreens and cant rely on BB cremes alone (I wear this when I’m out travelling or water sports and can’t wear my 40+++ BBs).

I love this sunscreen as it is the only one that doesn’t break me out. AND its pretty much water resistant. I wore it for several days, sweating, dsgusting, and swimming and it holds up really well for a sunblock that doesnt claim to be waterproof

I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone with sensitive facial skin.

The Only problem I have with it is that it contains a few harmful ingredients like BHT. If they could just remove these, this would be the best hands down.
