Product Review: Ecotools Bamboo Finishing Kabuki

HI guys!
I’m back with another brush review!

This time its from Ecotools
Its the
Ecotools Bamboo Finishing Kabuki!

I know I have previously reviewed a kabuki brush
But this one is different
I promise
Its appearance really baffles me

So without further ado
This are the pictures!

Does it look like a kabuki brush to you?
It looks more like a stippling brush to me

See what I mean?

Quite small
Easy to carry around

Size comparison with the Elianto Kabuki Brush
Looks very different

Bristles are made of synthetic taklon
Very soft to touch
Handle is made of bamboo

The handle has a nice shape so it’s easy to grip on it

According to Ecotools(This is from the website):

Complete any look with our favorite finishing kabuki brush! The incredibly soft cruelty-free taklon bristles give you a light finish while the contoured bamboo handle gives you an easy grip. Stow your finishing brush in our zip-top reusable pouch.

I am going to tell you guys honestly that I do not know how to use this brush!

I used this like a stippling brush and it sucked really bad
My foundation went streaky and there was a lot of mess

I also used this for powder
It ended up in a mess as well

So I used this after my makeup routine
It blended all the harsh lines and made my face looked more polished

So I guess having the name finishing brush does give some idea of how it should be used

But still
The name might confuse those who wants to buy from Ecotools

This I repeat

 Handle 3/5
Bristle 4/5
Explanation 1/5

Would I recommend this?

If you’re looking for a brush that would polish your final makeup, then why not? It’s affordable, vegan and cruelty free AND its made from bamboo!

That’s all for today folks!
